Eggs stuffed with crab sticks
Deviled eggs are a very fresh and rich dish for this time of year where the heat is still pressing. In addition, it is a very simple and quick recipe to make in those moments when the beach days last until sunset.

Ingredients
- Eggs
- Crab sticks.
- Mayonnaise.
- Ketchup or tomato.
- Water.
Preparation
Firstly, we will cook the eggs in water for about 10-12 minutes after it starts to boil. I particularly like to add a pinch of salt and a little vinegar to make it much easier to peel later. Once cooked, we will refresh them and let them cool.
Then, we will peel the eggs and cut them in two to remove the cooked yolk. We will cut the crab sticks in small cubes and we will mix it in a bowl together with the crumbled cooked yolk.
Finally, we will add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise and ketchup and stir well until we get a homogeneous mixture without drying. We will fill the eggs and let it cool in the fridge for a couple of hours.
