Eggs set with tomato

Preparation
To make this recipe for curdled eggs with tomato, we will prepare the ketchup. In particular, I have used fried tomato bricks, but if you prefer you can make it homemade. Well then, we put these bricks in a pan over low heat.
While the tomato is warming up a bit, we are cracking and putting the eggs in a separate plate, so that the yolk does not break, although if it does, nothing happens either. To these, we will add a little salt on top of the yolk.
Later, when we see the first bubbles that the tomato is starting to boil, we add the eggs to it, and we go letting set for at least 5 minutes. There should be a separation between egg and egg, so that the whites do not come together.
