We all love crepes! And this is so because we can do them in a thousand ways. Well at home we like a lot of salty crepes, stuffed with Bolognese sauce, ratatouille, pizza style ... This time we present crepes without eggs, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack, in addition to the dough you can add any ingredient, nuts, fruits dehydrated, vegetables ... My favorite crepe dough has grated carrot and finely chopped leek ... and yours?

The crepe can be whatever you want, they are very versatile. As an idea I tell you that in my next cannelloni I will substitute the pasta for crepes, surely you can think of thousands of different recipes to make with this recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of flour
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • a pinch of salt or sugar

Preparation
  1. To start in a bowl add the liquid ingredients and mix.
  2. Add the milk little by little with a few rods until the dough is homogeneous and does not have any lumps. Now, depending on whether you want the sweet or salty crepes, you have to add a pinch of sugar or salt along with the oil.
  3. Once everything is mixed, cover the bowl well and reserve it in the fridge for an hour.
  4. We almost have our crepes! Now we just have to be a little skillful with crepes. In a pan or crepe maker put ½ teaspoon of butter, when melted put a ladle of crepe dough and shape them! 😉
