Eggless cocoa custard

Eggless cocoa custard

Custard is a traditional dessert In our country. A cream popularly made with milk, egg yolks, sugar and aromas such as vanilla or lemon. Today, in Recetas de Cocina, we prepare a version without eggs and in which we also substitute milk for an almond drink. Do you dare to try these cocoa custard without eggs?

It won't take long to prepare them. Although we could do it in the microwave, this time we have preferred to cook them on the fire in a traditional way. All you will need for this is a casserole and some manual rodsIn addition to the ingredients, of course!

If you don't like cocoa custard, you can do without it and you will have an egg-free custard similar to the traditional ones. As you will see, I have added a small amount of cocoa, since I wanted these to have a mild flavor, but you could add a pinch more if you want. Try them!
