- Egg whites 3
- 9 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 beater
Preparation
Before preparing anything, keep in mind that the mixer must be clean without any trace of grease or other things that can throw the recipe on the floor. Then, add the whites that should not have been mixed with even a tiny pinch of yolk and beat little by little while at the same time adding the sugar. We beat it so on until they take the necessary body.
It is important to remember that for each white there are three teaspoons of sugar and that if you are dieting you can put three drops of sweetener for each white as a substitute.
