Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of pork ribs
  • 1 cebolla

  • 1 can of beer 330ml.

Preparation
  1. To prepare the ribs in beer sauce, first we clean the ribs, cut them into small pieces, season with pepper and salt.
  2. In a saucepan we will add a good jet of oil when the oil is hot, brown the ribs over high heat, until they are golden brown.
  3. Chop the onion and garlic, when the ribs are golden add the onion.
  4. We stir and leave a couple of minutes for everything to cook together and poach the onion, followed by adding the minced garlic.
  5. Sauté everything for a few minutes, add the beer, let the alcohol evaporate for a few minutes and add a small glass of water, a little salt and let it cook for about 30 minutes.
  6. After this time we taste the salt, we check that the ribs are tender, we rectify and we turn off.
  7. And they will be ready to eat !!!
