Ribs in beer sauce

- 1 kilo of pork ribs
- 1 cebolla
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of beer 330ml.

- To prepare the ribs in beer sauce, first we clean the ribs, cut them into small pieces, season with pepper and salt.
- In a saucepan we will add a good jet of oil when the oil is hot, brown the ribs over high heat, until they are golden brown.
- Chop the onion and garlic, when the ribs are golden add the onion.
- We stir and leave a couple of minutes for everything to cook together and poach the onion, followed by adding the minced garlic.
- Sauté everything for a few minutes, add the beer, let the alcohol evaporate for a few minutes and add a small glass of water, a little salt and let it cook for about 30 minutes.
- After this time we taste the salt, we check that the ribs are tender, we rectify and we turn off.
- And they will be ready to eat !!!
