Ingredients

  • 150 ml. white wine
  • 100 ml. fish broth or water
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Pepper

Preparation
  1. To prepare this salmon dish with asparagus in sauce, the first thing to do is clean the asparagus, we will cut the part at the end, the hardest. We put a wide frying pan, we will put a good jet of oil, we sauté and brown the asparagus a little.
  2. When the asparagus begins to brown, add the minced garlic.
  3. We stir it well and add the tablespoon of flour. We stir so that the flour is sautéed.
  4. Then we add the wine, let the alcohol reduce for a couple of minutes.
  5. When the wine reduces, add the broth or water.
  6. We prepare the fish, season it with salt and pepper. I have used one block per person, if we make them very thin, the pieces of salmon will break.
  7. We add the pieces of salmon to the pan or casserole where we have the asparagus. We cover the casserole and let it cook for about 10 minutes or until it is to your liking.
