Peppers stuffed with meat and vegetables

Ingredients
  • 4 red peppers
  • 500 grams minced meat (pork-veal)
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 200 gr. fried tomato
  • 150 ml. white wine

  • 100 gr. grated cheese
Preparation
  1. To make the peppers stuffed with meat and vegetables, we will start by washing the peppers, cut the top base and empty them well so that there are no seeds.
  2. We chop the onion, the pepper and the zucchini, we chop all the vegetables very small.
  3. Heat a large frying pan with a good jet of oil, add the vegetables, and let them cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. When there is little left for the vegetables to be, we will add the minced meat and let it cook with the vegetables.
  5. When we see that the meat has changed color we add the fried tomato, leave it for a few minutes and add a small glass of white wine.
  6. We add salt and pepper.
  7. We tried the sofrito with the meat, if any ingredient is needed we rectify it.
  8. We fill the peppers with the sofrito that we have prepared, we put the 4 peppers in an oven tray, we put a little grated cheese on top of each filling, we put the tapas on top of the peppers or on one side, so that it cooks too.
  9. Put the tray in the oven for about 40-50 minutes or until the peppers are golden.
  10. And ready to serve !!!
