Pot Roasted Apples

- 4 apples
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- Brown sugar
- Cinnamon
- Water glass 1
- To make the pot roasted apples, we'll start by washing the apples.
- With the help of a coring tool or a knife, we remove the heart. We make a few small cuts in the skin around.
- We put them in the pot, in the center we put a spoon of brown sugar and we put a stick of cinnamon in each apple.
- Add a glass of water, a tablespoon of brown sugar. We close the pot. When steam starts to come out, leave for 6 minutes. Turn off and let cool.
- It can vary depending on the pot, if you like it very tender, leave it for a couple more minutes.
- Open the pot, remove the apples, serve them with the broth that has been made with the water, sugar and apple juice, sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
- For those with a sweet tooth, we can accompany it with a little whipped cream, vanilla ice cream...
- And they are ready to eat!! A delicious and quick dessert to make.
