Ingredients
  • 1 glass of unsweetened almond drink
  • 2 tablespoons oat flakes
  • 1 plátano
  • 1 teaspoon of almond cream
  • 2 cookies
  • 1 ounce of chocolate
  • Pure cocoa powder for dusting
  • ½ teaspoon of honey
Preparation
  1. Place the oat flakes and the almond drink in a saucepan. Heat and when it starts to boil, lower the heat and we cook over medium heat for 5 minutes stirring frequently.
  2. After five minutes, add the mashed banana, pureed, and the almond cream and cook for another five minutes, stirring frequently to achieve a creamy mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and we decorate with the cookie, cocoa, chopped chocolate and honey.
  4. We enjoyed the hot almond porridge.
