Ingredients
1 glass of unsweetened almond drink
2 tablespoons oat flakes
1 plátano
1 teaspoon of almond cream
2 cookies
1 ounce of chocolate
Pure cocoa powder for dusting
½ teaspoon of honey
Preparation
Place the oat flakes and the almond drink in a saucepan. Heat and when it starts to boil, lower the heat and we cook over medium heat for 5 minutes stirring frequently.
After five minutes, add the mashed banana, pureed, and the almond cream and cook for another five minutes, stirring frequently to achieve a creamy mixture.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and we decorate with the cookie, cocoa, chopped chocolate and honey.
We enjoyed the hot almond porridge.
