Ingredients
  • 2 sheets of square puff pastry
  • 250 gr. chocolate to melt
  • 100 ml. whipping cream
  • 1 egg
  • 40 gr. rolled almond
  • 4-5 tablespoons of icing sugar
Preparation
  1. First we will turn on the oven at 180ÂșC, with heat up and down.
  2. We put the chocolate and cream in a bowl over medium heat so that the chocolate does not burn, we will stir until it is discarded.
  3. We spread a sheet of puff pastry, put the chocolate on the puff pastry base, cover with the other sheet of puff pastry. With a fork we prick all over the puff pastry sheet.
  4. We seal the puff pastry edges making some shape or fold all around.
  5. We beat the egg and with the help of a brush we paint the entire base of the coca.
  6. We cover the base of the coca with the laminated almond.
  7. We put in the oven, leave about 20 minutes depending on the oven or until the coca is golden.
  8. Take out, let it temper and sprinkle with icing sugar
  9. Ready to eat!!!
