  1. To prepare the cheese-filled dumplings, we will first put the dumplings wafers on the table or countertop. We put a cheese or as the empanadillas were small, I cut the cheese in half.
  2. We close the dumplings by folding the dough and with the help of a fork we will seal the edges.
  3. We are putting the dumplings in a baking dish. We beat the egg and with the help of a brush we paint the egg dumplings.
  4. On top of the dumplings we sprinkle some sesame seeds or a little grated cheese or whatever you like.
  5. We put the dumplings in the oven at 180ÂșC with the oven on fire up and down. We will have them until they are golden.
  6. All that remains is to put them on a plate to serve them. We will serve them very hot.
