This cauliflower, carrot and turmeric cream is simple and tasty. A perfect alternative to serve at dinner. Do you dare to try it?

Ingredients
  • ½ large cauliflower
  • Carrots 2
  • 1 potato
  • ½ white onion
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
  1. We divide the cauliflower in florets and reserve
  2. We peel and cut both potato and carrots in pieces.
  3. In a saucepan we heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, cauliflower, potato and carrot 2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, add the turmeric and we cover with water almost completely vegetables.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes and then we grind the mixture.
  6. We serve the cauliflower cream alone or with some roasted carrot sticks as in the image.
