Cauliflower, carrot and turmeric cream

- ½ large cauliflower
- Carrots 2
- 1 potato
- ½ white onion
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- We divide the cauliflower in florets and reserve
- We peel and cut both potato and carrots in pieces.
- In a saucepan we heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, cauliflower, potato and carrot 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, add the turmeric and we cover with water almost completely vegetables.
- Cook for 20 minutes and then we grind the mixture.
- We serve the cauliflower cream alone or with some roasted carrot sticks as in the image.
