Ingredients
  • 700 gr., Spread cheese
  • 500 gr. whipping cream
  • 1 bottle of condensed milk 370 g.
  • 4 eggs
  • Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
  • For the raspberry sauce:
  • Frozen raspberries 250 gr.
  • 1 lemon
  • Sugar
Preparation
  1. To make the cheesecake, we first prepare a 24 cm mold. We spread it all with butter and line it with baking paper, the base and the sides.
  2. In a bowl we put the ingredients, we start with the eggs, the cheese and mix well.
  3. Then we introduce the cream and condensed milk. We mix.
  4. Finally we grate a lemon, this is optional. And we incorporate it into the mix. We remove everything.
  5. We will put all the mixture in the mold.
  6. We put in the oven, at 180ÂșC heat up and down. We will cover the mold with aluminum foil for 15 minutes, after this time we remove it and leave it for about 40 minutes more or less. According to the oven.
  7. While the cake is being made, we are going to prepare the raspberry sauce. We prepare the ingredients.
  8. In a saucepan we will put the raspberries and sugar with 2 tablespoons of water, a splash of lemon.
  9. We let it cook until we see that the raspberries are done. There must be a thick sauce.
  10. We will pass it to a serving jar.
  11. When the cheesecake is ready, remove from the oven and let it cool.
  12. And it only remains to serve the cake with the sauce.
