1 red bell pepper, minced
1 small zucchini, diced

Preparation
We put cook the rice in plenty of salted water in a saucepan for the time recommended by the manufacturer. Afterwards, we cool under cold water and drain. We booked.
Then add the zucchini and fry at medium temperature until tender.
Then, add the roasted peppers and the tomato and mix.
