Preparation
  1. To prepare the onion omelette and tuna, we first peel and cut the onion into very small pieces.
  2. We put a frying pan with a jet of oil and add the onion, we will let it poach over medium heat until it is well done and golden brown.
  3. In a bowl we add the eggs and beat them well.
  4. We drain the oil from the tuna cans.
  5. Add the very poached onion and the two cans of tuna to the eggs. We mix it.
  6. We put a frying pan with a little oil. When it is very hot, we add the mixture of the eggs and the tuna.
  7. We let the tortilla set on one side and we turn it over, we let it finish cooking.
  8. We take out and it will be ready to serve.
