Onion and tuna omelette

- 4 eggs
- 1 cebolla
- 2 small cans of tuna in oil

- To prepare the onion omelette and tuna, we first peel and cut the onion into very small pieces.
- We put a frying pan with a jet of oil and add the onion, we will let it poach over medium heat until it is well done and golden brown.
- In a bowl we add the eggs and beat them well.
- We drain the oil from the tuna cans.
- Add the very poached onion and the two cans of tuna to the eggs. We mix it.
- We put a frying pan with a little oil. When it is very hot, we add the mixture of the eggs and the tuna.
- We let the tortilla set on one side and we turn it over, we let it finish cooking.
- We take out and it will be ready to serve.
