Preparation
  1. To make this tuna dish with homemade tomato, we first salt the tuna and pass it through flour.
  2. We put a frying pan with oil and we fry the pieces of bonito over high heat, to brown them on the outside, one minute on each side.
  3. We take them out and put it on a plate with kitchen paper, to remove the excess oil. We booked.
  4. Now we prepare the tomato room. In a casserole we put oil, it can be the same that we have used with the bonito, we put the cut onions, brown them a little and add the tomato. We add a little sugar, a pinch of salt and pepper and let it fry for 15-20 minutes.
