  • 150 gr of grated cheese to taste (4 cheeses, cured cheese, sheep cheese etc)
  • 2 eggs L
  • 1 brick of cream to cook

Preparation
  1. First we are going to preheat the oven to approximately 200ยบ.
  2. We are going to take the wafers out of the refrigerator so that they are tempered and easier to handle.
  3. Meanwhile, we are going to cut the smoked bacon into small, not very thick strips.
  4. In a bowl, beat the two eggs and add the liquid cream brick.
  5. Season to taste and reserve.
  6. With the help of a kitchen brush, we are going to grease the cupcake molds to prevent the dough from sticking.
  7. Add a little sprinkled flour.
  8. Carefully place the wafers in the recesses of the mold.
  9. Prick with a fork to prevent the dough from rising.
  10. Now, place a little bacon in each mold.
  11. Also add some grated cheese.
  12. Finally, we cover the mold with the mixture of eggs and liquid cream.
