- 150 gr of grated cheese to taste (4 cheeses, cured cheese, sheep cheese etc)

- First we are going to preheat the oven to approximately 200ยบ.
- We are going to take the wafers out of the refrigerator so that they are tempered and easier to handle.
- Meanwhile, we are going to cut the smoked bacon into small, not very thick strips.
- In a bowl, beat the two eggs and add the liquid cream brick.
- Season to taste and reserve.
- With the help of a kitchen brush, we are going to grease the cupcake molds to prevent the dough from sticking.
- Add a little sprinkled flour.
- Carefully place the wafers in the recesses of the mold.
- Prick with a fork to prevent the dough from rising.
- Now, place a little bacon in each mold.
- Also add some grated cheese.
- Finally, we cover the mold with the mixture of eggs and liquid cream.
- When we have all the holes in the mold covered, we introduce the oven.
- The mini quiches take about 7 or 8 minutes to prepare, be careful not to burn the puff pastry.
