Ingredients
  • A package of shortbread dough
  • 200 gr. cheese spread
  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 40 gr. cornstarch
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 ml. milk
  • 250 ml. whipping cream
  • Jam, fruits, strawberries ...
Preparation
  1. To prepare this cheesecake, the first thing to do is turn the oven to 180ºC.
  2. In a mold we spread a little butter and put the breeze dough, if the mold is removable better.
  3. In a bowl we put all the ingredients.
  4. We beat it and mix well with a mixer.
  5. We throw it into the mold where we have the dough put.
  6. And we put it in the oven at 180º. After 15 minutes we will lower the oven to 160º and we will leave it until it is ready, after 30 minutes we will click in the center, if it comes out dry it will be ready, if not we will leave it until it is, I still had it for about 15 more minutes. It all depends on each oven.
  7. Let cool and unmold.
  8. And it only remains to accompany it with what we like the most.
  9. These cakes are much better rested or that have passed a few hours and even from one day to the next.
