Ingredients
  • 350 gr. pasta
  • 1 bag of spinach
  • 250 gr. chicken minced meat
  • 1 cebolla
  • 200 ml. cream for cooking
  • 30 gr. grated cheese
  • Oil and salt
Preparation
  1. We put a saucepan with water and a little salt, when it starts to boil we add the pasta, in this case I have used ties. When it is cooked, we take it out and drain it.
  2. We put a casserole on the fire with a jet of oil, chop the onion and add it to the casserole, when it begins to be golden, add the minced meat, season and cook it.
  3. When the meat is cooked we add the washed spinach, we will go around and thus it will cook with the meat, the amount will be whatever you want.
  4. When the meat and spinach are cooked we add the cream, and the grated cheese we leave everything together so that they take on the flavors. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little milk.
  5. We taste salt and rectify.
  6. We put the pasta in a bowl and add the meat with the spinach, stir and it will be ready to serve !!!
