- 200 gr de harina
- 200 ml of milk
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Pepper
- Oregano
- 2 eggs
- 100 gr of smoked bacon
- 130 gr of grated cheese
- First we are going to prepare the bacon in the microwave.
- We cut it into small strips, prepare a plate with absorbent paper and place the bacon well separated.
- Cook in the microwave for 1 or 2 minutes, until crisp.
- We reserve to cool while we prepare the dough.
- Now, in a large container we put the milk, eggs, oil, salt and spices and mix.
- Next, we mix the flour and the yeast and add to the previous mixture.
- We beat the dough well with some rods, until we obtain a creamy dough without lumps.
- Now, we add the bacon, reserving a little to decorate.
- We also add the grated cheese and mix all the ingredients well.
- We are preheating the oven to about 200 degrees.
- We fill each paper capsule almost completely, decorate with a little grated cheese and bacon.
- We put the cupcake mold in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
