Recipe type: Dessert
Kitchen: French
- 130 gr of unsweetened dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon rum (or your chosen liquor)
- 150 g of icing sugar
- 80 gr unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 50 gr of pure cocoa powder
- paper capsules
- First we have to put a pot in the water bath, we chop the dark chocolate and we melt it calmly.
- We are stirring to help the chocolate to melt completely, once it is ready, we remove it from the heat and let it warm up.
- Now, we add the rum and stir well.
- In another container, put the icing sugar and butter and beat until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- When the ingredients are well integrated, add half of the cocoa powder and mix all the ingredients again.
- Once the melted chocolate is tempered, we add it to the previous mixture and stir well, incorporating all the ingredients.
- Now, we cover the container well and put it in the fridge until the dough is completely curdled and can be manipulated.
- Then, you just have to form small balls with the dough, shaping it with your fingers so that they are similar to real truffles.
- If you wish, you can coat in cocoa powder and place on the individual capsules.
