  • 50 gr of pure cocoa powder

  1. First we have to put a pot in the water bath, we chop the dark chocolate and we melt it calmly.
  2. We are stirring to help the chocolate to melt completely, once it is ready, we remove it from the heat and let it warm up.
  3. Now, we add the rum and stir well.
  4. In another container, put the icing sugar and butter and beat until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  5. When the ingredients are well integrated, add half of the cocoa powder and mix all the ingredients again.
  6. Once the melted chocolate is tempered, we add it to the previous mixture and stir well, incorporating all the ingredients.
  7. Now, we cover the container well and put it in the fridge until the dough is completely curdled and can be manipulated.
  8. Then, you just have to form small balls with the dough, shaping it with your fingers so that they are similar to real truffles.
  9. If you wish, you can coat in cocoa powder and place on the individual capsules.
