Preparation
  1. We peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices, put them in a pan with hot oil and fry them a little, they can also be prepared in the microwave. The potatoes must be left half done.
  2. While the potatoes are being made, peel and chop the garlic and parsley, put in a mortar and mash it, add the white wine. We remove it.
  3. When the potatoes are half done we take them out.
  4. We turn on the oven at 180ยบ C.
  5. Prepare a baking dish or tray, place the potatoes that are half done in the bottom, add a little salt.
  6. On top of the potatoes we put the pieces of cod.
  7. With the help of a spoon, we add the mixture of garlic, parsley and wine throughout the tray.
  8. We pour a jet of oil all over and put it in the oven.
  9. We let it cook for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cod.
  10. When it is we remove from the oven and sprinkle with a little more parsley.
