Preparation
  1. To prepare the round of veal in sauce with vegetables, the first thing to do is season it. We put the pot on the fire with a little oil, brown the round veal over high heat, remove and reserve.
  2. We cut the vegetables into pieces, we put the onion first, leave a couple of minutes and add all the others and the crushed tomato, we leave it a couple of minutes to cook everything together.
  3. Add a couple of tablespoons of flour to the vegetables, stir and add the glass of white wine, let the wine evaporate for a couple of minutes.
  4. We introduce the round in the pot with the vegetables, add the sliced ​​mushrooms, cover the round with water.
  5. We close the pot and leave it for 30 minutes, it will depend on the pot.
  6. When it is, let the pot cool, remove the meat, cut it into slices, remove the vegetables, leaving some to grind with the sauce, taste the salt.
  7. We put the meat in a source accompanied by the vegetables, we crush the sauce with part of the vegetables, we pour part of the sauce on top and the rest we serve in a sauce boat.
