Ingredients
  • 2 packages of mashed potatoes or 1 k. of patatos
  • 500 gr. mixed minced meat (beef and pork)
  • 1 cebolla
  • 150 gr. fried tomato
  • 100 ml. white wine
  • Oregano
  • Salt, pepper, oil
  • Grated cheese
Preparation
  1. The first thing is to prepare the puree. If you do it, you just have to follow the instructions, if we prepare it at home, we wash the potatoes and cook them with the skin in a pot with plenty of water and salt.
  2. When the potatoes are cooked, we peel them and put them in a bowl and crush them, add a piece of butter and mix well until it is like a puree.
  3. To prepare the meat, we will put a little oil in a frying pan and poach the onion, cut very small.
  4. When it begins to take color we add the meat and we will fry it well all together, we can salt and pepper.
  5. When the meat is we will add the white wine, we will leave it for a few minutes.
  6. Then we put the tomato and we will let it cook, we will put a little oregano if you like it, it is not necessary. We will leave it cooking until the meat and the sauce are done.
  7. In a baking dish, we will put a layer of puree.
  8. We cover with another layer of meat.
  9. The latter carefully, you have to cover it well.
  10. We put some grated cheese with a little butter, if you like.
  11. We will put it in the oven until it is golden.
