Ingredients
  • 500 gr of spaghetti with egg
  • A cup of serrano ham in tacos
  • 250 gr of sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • ½ glass of milk

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Parsley
Preparation
  1. First we put a large saucepan with water on the fire, add a touch of salt and bring to a boil.
  2. When the water begins to boil, we add the pasta without breaking it.
  3. Let it cook for about 10 minutes, or the time indicated by the manufacturer.
  4. Once the pasta is ready, we drain it and cool it to stop cooking.
  5. While the pasta is draining, we are going to prepare the sauce
  6. We put a frying pan on the fire with a drizzle of olive oil.
  7. Cut the garlic into small pieces and fry in the oil, taking care that they do not burn.
  8. Next, we wash the mushrooms well to remove the dirt and add to the pan.
  9. When the mushrooms are tender, add the ham blocks and stir.
  10. Quickly add the paste and stir to mix well.
  11. We add a tablespoon of butter and mix.
  12. Finally, we add the milk and salt to taste.
  13. Let it cook for a few minutes, until the milk reduces.
  14. And ready! we already have this delicious pasta dish ready to eat.
