Eggplant, ham and cheese lasagna

- 2 eggplants
- 300 gr. sliced cheese
- 300 gr. york ham
- 200 ml. cream for cooking
- 1 egg
- grated cheese
- salt and pepper
- We clean and cut the aubergines. We salt them and leave for half an hour in a plate or a strainer to release the water.
- After this time we dry them and we brown them in a frying pan with very little oil, so that they are grilled.
- We are putting them on a plate until they are all done.
- We prepare a baking dish where we will put the first layer of eggplant.
- On top we put the slices of ham. On top of these we put the cheese slices.
- Another one of eggplant, ham, cheese and so 2-3 layers, we will finish covering the lasagna with a layer of eggplant.
- In a bowl we will beat the egg, the cream, salt and pepper.
- We cover the entire aubergine lasagna with this cream.
- We put a layer of grated cheese.
- We will introduce the lasagna in the oven at 180ºC heat up and down, until it is golden.
- We take out and serve hot.
- To eat!!!
