The pasta stuffed with mushroom sauce that we prepare today is a perfect second dish for this spring. It will take only 25 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients
  • 240 g. stuffed pasta
  • ½ onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • 12 mushrooms, chopped
  • 180 ml. cream for cooking
  • Black pepper
  • Sal Island
  • Chopped parsley
  • 1 level tablespoon of butter
Preparation
  1. We start by preparing the sauce. We put the butter to heat in a pan. When it melts and bubbles we incorporate the onion and garlic and fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Then we pour the wine and we let it reduce.
  3. We add the mushrooms, season and sauté 8 minutes.
  4. Then we add the cream and stir. Cook 7-8 minutes until the sauce binds and thicken slightly.
  5. While the sauce is thick, in a pot with plenty of salty water we cook the pasta the time recommended by the manufacturer.
  6. Once the sauce is thick we correct the salt point and pepper and sprinkle a little parsley.
  7. We serve the stuffed pasta with the sauce on top.
