The pasta stuffed with mushroom sauce that we prepare today is a perfect second dish for this spring. It will take only 25 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients
240 g. stuffed pasta
½ onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
½ glass of white wine
12 mushrooms, chopped
180 ml. cream for cooking
Black pepper
Sal Island
Chopped parsley
1 level tablespoon of butter
Preparation
We start by preparing the sauce. We put the butter to heat in a pan. When it melts and bubbles we incorporate the onion and garlic and fry for 5 minutes.
Then we pour the wine and we let it reduce.
We add the mushrooms, season and sauté 8 minutes.
Then we add the cream and stir. Cook 7-8 minutes until the sauce binds and thicken slightly.
While the sauce is thick, in a pot with plenty of salty water we cook the pasta the time recommended by the manufacturer.
Once the sauce is thick we correct the salt point and pepper and sprinkle a little parsley.
We serve the stuffed pasta with the sauce on top.
