  • Fish broth or water
  • 350 gr. rice approx.
  • 12 prawns
  • ½ kilo of mussels
  • If you have some squid
  • ½ green pepper
  • ½ onion
  • 2 garlic
  • 5 tablespoons of tomato puree
  • Saffron
  • Oil and salt
Preparation
  1. The first thing is to make a fish broth, it can also be bought. You can also boil the mussels separately and use that broth.
  2. In the casserole where we are going to prepare the rice, we will put a little oil, when it is hot, we put the pepper and the chopped onion, we fry it a little and we add the minced garlic. Then we add the crushed tomato. We let it cook over medium heat.
  3. We will put the squid that sauté a little together with the sauce.
  4. When we see that the sauce is ready, we will add the broth, 750 ml. about. It is usually put twice as much broth as rice.
  5. When it starts to boil we will add the rice a little saffron and a little salt, we will taste it, after 10 minutes we will add the mussels and prawns.
  6. After about 5-8 minutes we turn it off, let it rest for 5 minutes and that's it.
