Ingredients
  • 150 gr. grated semi-cured sheep's cheese
  • Liquid candy
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ liter of whipping cream

Preparation
  1. We will turn the oven to 180º and we will put a tray with a little water to heat it up, in this tray we will put the mold where the cheese cake is going to go, we will make it in a bain-marie.
  2. We will put caramel in the bottom of a mold, we will spread all around well.
  3. We will prepare the ingredients.
  4. In a bowl, we will beat the eggs with the sugar until they are foamy.
  5. We will add the freshly grated cheese so that it does not lose flavor, we will mix it well and we will pass the blender a little, if you do not want to find pieces of cheese.
  6. Finally we will add the cream, we will mix everything well and we will put it in the mold where we have put the caramel.
  7. We introduce the mold in the tray that we have in the oven with the hot water.
  8. Cook in the oven in a bain-marie for 30-40 minutes, until the needle comes out clean when you click in the center.
  9. When it is, we take it out of the oven.
  10. We will wait for it to cool down, garnish with the walnuts and if you like a little more caramel.
  11. And ready to eat !!!
