Ingredients
  • 8 wheat fajitas
  • 2 turkey breasts
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 envelope of spices for fajitas
  • A little bit of water
  • Grated cheese
  • Salt oil
Preparation
  1. We prepare the vegetables, wash and cut the peppers and onion into strips. We put a frying pan on the fire with a little oil, we sauté the vegetables, we will add a little salt.
  2. On the other hand, we will cut the turkey breasts into not very fat strips, we will salt them and we will introduce them together with the vegetables.
  3. We let it cook until the turkey meat is done, then we will put a splash of water and the envelope of spices for fajitas. (Follow instructions). We will leave it cooking until a sauce has formed. We turn off and reserve.
  4. We put a wide frying pan and in it we will heat the wheat fajitas, we will heat them a couple of minutes on each side.
  5. Fill the fajitas with the turkey and vegetable filling and if you like some grated cheese.
  6. We close the fajitas and ready to eat !!!
