Bud and tomato salad

- 2 buds
- 1 large tomato, diced
- ½ red onion, chopped
- Tuna in extra virgin olive oil flaked
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Black pepper
- Salt flakes
- We clean the buds and we cut in half longitudinally. We place them in a fountain.
- We mix the onion with the tuna well in a cup and distribute the mixture over the buds.
- We add the tomato diced at the source.
- We prepare a vinaigrette and we water the salad.
