Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 glasses of sugar
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 glass of sunflower oil
  • 3 glasses of pastry flour
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 sachet of backing powder
  • Powdered sugar
Preparation
  1. The first thing is to put the oven at 180ºC so that it warms up.
  2. We prepare the cake. We spread a mold with a little butter and flour. While in a bowl we put the eggs with the sugar, beat them well until they turn white.
  3. We will continue with the other ingredients in which we will use a large glass of water as a measure for all the ingredients, first we will add the milk and beat, the oil, the lemon zest and we will finish by adding the sifted flour together with the yeast.
  4. We will put all the dough in the mold and we will introduce it in the oven that is already hot, we lower it to 160º C, we will leave it for about 45 minutes depending on the oven.
  5. Once out of the oven we let it cool down and sprinkle it with icing sugar
