Ingredients
  • 6 lettuce buds
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 250 grams of gluttony
  • 2 chillies
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Vinegar
Preparation
  1. The lettuce buds We will wash them well and cut them in half. We will serve 3 buds per person.
  2. In a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil, we will add 3 cloves of garlic chopped into small cubes. We will fry them and when they are golden brown we will add them together with the oil above the buds.
  3. In the same pan, we will add a little more olive oil again, and this time we will do the gluttony. To do this, we will add the 3 garlic cloves remaining into small pieces again together with the 2 chillies, and when they are golden brown, we will add the eels. We will leave over medium heat for about 10 minutes approx.
  4. We will serve gluttony over the buds and we will dress with a little salt and vinegar to taste. Bon appetit!
Notes
You can add some nuts to the recipe like some cashews, walnuts or pipes without salt.
