Preparation
  1. We start preparing the dough, in a bowl we put the egg, the flour, the milk, we mix everything well without leaving lumps, we put a little salt, pepper. We will leave it resting in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  2. We prepare the filling, in a bowl we put the spread cheese, or the one you like the most, we beat it a little, cut the turkey ham into cubes and mix it with the cheese, taste and season with a little salt and pepper.
  3. To make the crepes we will use a non-stick pan, put it on the fire and pass a little butter on the base, add a little dough in the center and move it spreading it through the pan, when we see that it is done around the edges, we turn it over. and we finished doing so all.
