Ingredients
1 kg of tuna in fillets
300 ml of aceite oliva
5 cloves of white garlic
1 medium green bell pepper
Parsley
Sal Island

Preparation
We put a kitchen griddle or an ideal pan for roasting and we spread it with a little olive oil. We heat it up and when it is hot we add the fillet tuna. We will grill all the fillets, on both sides and leaving it at the halfway point of cooking: neither well done nor raw.
Meanwhile, we are doing the dressing. Pour into a jar suitable for beating, all 5 peeled garlic and cut into pieces, the olive oil, green pepper also well washed and cut into small pieces, the parsley (to taste), the shawl and vinegar. We beat well until we get a homogeneous mixture. Add salt and vinegar until it is the way you like it best.
When the fillets are done, we distribute about two or three to each diner and we add the sauce on top, or, add the dressing in a small sauce boat and that each one is dressed to their liking ... Bon appetit!
