Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes
  • 400 gr. cooked salad
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 or 3 cans of tuna
  • Mayonnaise
  • olives
Preparation
  1. We will put a pot with plenty of water and a little salt and cook the potatoes washed with their skin. When they are, we will let them cool.
  2. We will also put the four eggs to cook in another saucepan with water. When they are cooked we will put them in the fridge until we use them.
  3. We will cook the vegetables that we like the most in a casserole with water (carrots, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, peas ... or we can buy them already cooked.
  4. On the other hand we will prepare all the ingredients in a bowl, we will put the salad or the cooked vegetables cut into small pieces, the cans of tuna, the cold cooked eggs and cut into small pieces. We will make a mayonnaise or buy it made.
  5. When the potatoes are cooked we will let them cool. When they are cold we will cut them in half, remove the skin and empty them with the help of a teaspoon carefully so that they do not break, forming a hole to fill them.
  6. We will mix all the ingredients together with the pieces of potato that we have emptied and we will fill the potatoes, cover them with the filling and cover with the mayonnaise to taste and some olives.
  7. We will put them in the fridge until it is time to serve them cold !!!
  8. We can serve them accompanied by some red peppers, olives, anchovies ...
  9. And some boats are ready to eat !!!!
