Ingredients
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cans of tuna in oil

  • For the mayonnaise:
  • Sunflower oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lemon
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. We start by cooking the eggs, we will put them in a saucepan with boiling water for 10 minutes, when they are we take them out and cool them in cold water, we peel them.
  2. We split the eggs in half lengthwise, remove the yolks, put them in a bowl, crush the yolks.
  3. We open the tuna cans, drain the oil a little and add it to the previous mixture, mix and add fried tomato, we will stir it until we get a mixture to our liking. We reserve
  4. Apart we will prepare the mayonnaise, we take the glass from the mixer, put the egg, a little sunflower oil, a splash of lemon juice and a pinch of salt, we beat it and we will pour oil in the form of a thread until we have the mayonnaise ready , we will taste of salt and we leave it to the point.
  5. We assemble the plate, take a source and put a variety of lettuces on the base, on top we will put the eggs, fill them with the prepared dough, put them in the source and cover them with a little of the prepared mayonnaise, the rest we put in a sauce boat or container so that the diners are served to their liking.
  6. Garnish with some olives.
  7. And ready to eat!!!
