Ingredients
130 g. fresh spinach
1 cup water
2 peeled garlic cloves
Juice of 2 lemons
A pinch of salt
1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons of walnuts to decorate
Preparation
We wash the spins and dry well.
We place in the blender spinach, water, garlic, lemon juice and salt. We work to achieve a smooth mixture.
Meanwhile, pit the avocado, we peel it and cut it in half.
We add the avocado to the blender and mix until obtaining a homogeneous cream, no lumps.
We test and we correct the salt point and acidity, if necessary.
Divide into bowls and decorate with walnuts.
