We beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns white.
We add the oil and mix, in a bowl we put the dry ingredients, the flour and the yeast, we sift it and we add it to the previous dough, we will mix little by little until everything is well integrated.
We take the oranges, wash them, dry them, grate the skin and extract the juice, mix it and add it little by little with a spatula to the previous mass, until it is well integrated.
In a removable mold, we will spread it with a little butter and a little flour, shake the excess flour, we will add all the dough. If you like, you can put some chocolate chips on top, when the dough rises, they stay inside the cake.
We will have the oven preheated and we will introduce the mold at 170ÂșC in the center, oven up and down for about 30-40 minutes, it will depend on the oven, we will prick with a toothpick in the center of the cake if it comes out dry it will be ready, if it is not leave it minutes more.
We will remove from the oven, let it cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
