Ingredients
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • olive oil (1 measure of yogurt)
  • sugar (2 measures of yogurt)
  • flour (3 measures of yogurt)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sachet of chemical yeast (16gr)
  • the juice of a grapefruit and its zest
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180ÂșC.
  2. In a bowl add the eggs together with the sugar and beat well until the mixture turns white.
  3. Add the yogurt, the juice of a grapefruit and the oil. Beat very well.
  4. Now is the time to sift the flour and yeast over our bowl, once it is integrated we have our dough ready for the yogurt and grapefruit cake.
  5. Put the cake dough in the chosen mold, grate some of the grapefruit skin and put it on the dough.
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes! To check that the cooking is correct, prick the cake with a clean toothpick or knife and check that it comes out clean and not damp.
  7. Let cool and eat!
