  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 275 grams of assorted mushrooms
  • 5 cloves of garlic

Preparation
  1. We will put two pans on the fire. In one of them we will roast normally our chicken breast fillets (this time we have chosen one per guest). Just add a little olive oil to the bottom, let it heat up and add the chicken breasts, turning them until golden brown.
  2. In the other pan, over medium heat and with another drizzle of olive oil, we will add the garlic cut into tacos, with about 4 or 5 teeth will suffice. When they are golden brown we will add them mushrooms, and we will let them cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes or so. You add a little salt and also black pepper, so that they have a somewhat more intense flavor.
  3. When they are done, we take them out and set them aside. A little mushrooms with each chicken breasts that we have roasted. And ready! To eat...
