  • ½ leek
  • 250 gr mushrooms
  • 100 gr white cheese spread
  • dried savory, thyme, or oregano
  • juice of ½ small lemon
  • salt pepper
Preparation
  1. Let's start by washing and chopping the vegetables finely.
  2. In a frying pan add a tablespoon of oil and sauté the leek, taking care not to burn it.
  3. After 2 minutes add the mushroom, the herb that we have chosen, the lemon and season. Sauté for 15 minutes over low heat, so that everything is soft. Let cool
  4. Put all the ingredients in a mincer until we have a homogeneous texture.
  5. To give the pate a better texture, add the spread cheese little by little ... after this we will have our mushroom pate ready!
