Preparation

  2. Mix 350 gr of flour, 1 glass of water and the same amount (1 glass) of olive oil and salt in a bowl.
  3. We knead until the dough comes off easily from our hands (if it sticks, we will have to add flour until we get a robust and consistent dough).
  4. Once we have achieved that we do not get dough between our fingers, we do it with a rolling pin and stretch the dough until we get a thin plate.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180ยบ for 15 minutes
  6. Meanwhile, we spread the dough on the oven plate and with a fork, we make holes on the surface (as we would do with a puff pastry).
  7. We spread the chopped onion over the dough
  8. Sprinkle the brown sugar with the help of a spoon
  9. We put in the oven
  10. We wait about 20 minutes (until the dough is golden) and turn off the oven so that the residual heat does the rest of the work.
