Preparation
The chickpeas from the stew We strain them and remove the broth. Following, the we crush and on a separate plate We beat two eggs with raw garlic, chopped into very small pieces. To this dish we add the crushed chickpeas, stir the mixture well so that the dough is well impregnated with egg and garlic.
The next thing is to make a normal omelette. In a frying pan, with a little hot olive oil, add the mixture and brown on both sides.
And ready! A rich, different and delicious chickpea omelette to eat.
Notes
You can add a spice or two to the mixture. The romero and thyme they are going very well.
