Ingredients
6 turkey chops
75 grams of chopped almonds
1 cebolla
3 cloves of garlic
½ liter of meat broth
150 ml of white wine
1 piece of bread
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation
First of all we will season the turkey chops and later we will brown them a little in a pan with a little olive oil. While these are browning we will prepare our Almond Sauce.
In a pot we will add a little olive oil and heat. Next we will cut the onion and the dgarlic cloves. We hope that it browns and when they are poached we will add the chopped almonds. Mix everything well and then add the chicken broth and white wine.
For the sauce to gain in thickness we will add a piece of bread previously migrated. If when stirring we see that the sauce is not as thick as we want, we will add a couple of teaspoons of flour and we will stir well so as not to leave lumps.
When the sauce is thickened, we will add the chops and let everything cook together over low heat for a few 10 minutes.
To accompany we have roasted some salted potatoes.
Notes
If you like mushrooms you can also add them to the sauce.
