Ingredients
  • 500 gr of mushrooms
  • 150 gr of breadcrumbs with garlic and parsley
  • 1 egg
  • olive oil
  • shawl
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, beat the egg, add the milk and salt.
  2. We cut the mushrooms into strips or pieces, we pass them through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in plenty of hot oil until the strips are golden brown.
  4. We take them out and leave them on absorbent kitchen paper.
You can also eat them cold because they are delicious!
