Mushrooms with garlic batter

- 500 gr of mushrooms
- 150 gr of breadcrumbs with garlic and parsley
- 1 egg
- olive oil

- In a bowl, beat the egg, add the milk and salt.
- We cut the mushrooms into strips or pieces, we pass them through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in plenty of hot oil until the strips are golden brown.
- We take them out and leave them on absorbent kitchen paper.
