A traditional custard recipe with three basic ingredients: semi-skimmed or whole milk, a Potax flan envelope and 5 Maria cookies for each flan.

Ingredients
  • 1 envelope of Flan Potax
  • 600 ml. Milk
  • 200 ml. Condensed milk
  • Liquid candy
  • 20 Maria Cookies
Preparation
  1. Put On 500 ml. milk in a saucepan and leave over medium heat until it is about to start to boil (stir from time to time to prevent the milk from settling).
  2. In a glass, put the 100 ml. milk remaining y dissolve the Potax flan envelope. Stir well with a spoon until no lumps.
  3. When the milk is about to boil, add the flan and milk mixture and the condensed milk. Leave over medium-low heat without stopping to stir.
  4. Preparing 4-5 bowls / bowls of ration; put some 5 Maria cookies in each bowl. Fill the bowls with the flan and sprinkle with a little cinnamon or liquid caramel, to taste each. Let cool and reserve in the fridge until serving time.
