Ingredients
For the wings
2 kg. chicken wings
175 ml. white wine
50 ml of aceite oliva
Thyme
Rosemary
Sal Island
For the onions
500 grams of onion
750 grams of potatoes
150 ml of aceite oliva
Sweet paprika to taste
White pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Preparation
In a oven plate we will put before anything else the olive oil, then we will take the chicken wings along with wine that we will pour over them. We will add salt, thyme and rosemary to taste. We put in the oven at 220 ºC approximately during 25 minutes.
While the roasted wings are being made. We can with him Castilian onions. We take one medium pot, We add the oil and put it over medium heat. The first thing we take is the thin red onions and later the potatoes also thinly sliced so that they do not take long to make. we add the sweet paprika, white pepper and salt, and cover so that the steam also helps to cook them. We are moving from time to time so that it does not stick. Let it be done for 25 minutes about over medium-low heat.
