Breakfast of oat flakes, banana and honey

- 250 ml. milk or water or vegetable drink
- 6 generous tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 small banana
- Raisins
- Honey
- We pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- When it comes to a boil add the oat flakes and cook for approximately 6 minutes, stirring from time to time.
- We remove the mixture from the heat and add the raisins and banana, minus 3-4-slices.
- We serve in a bowl and decorate with some banana slices and a good jet of honey.
- We drink hot.
