Breakfasts with oatmeal and fruit flakes are very appropriate for athletes. We show you how to make one with oatmeal, banana, raisins and honey.

Ingredients
  • 250 ml. milk or water or vegetable drink
  • 6 generous tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 small banana
  • Raisins
  • Honey
Preparation
  1. We pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. When it comes to a boil add the oat flakes and cook for approximately 6 minutes, stirring from time to time.
  3. We remove the mixture from the heat and add the raisins and banana, minus 3-4-slices.
  4. We serve in a bowl and decorate with some banana slices and a good jet of honey.
  5. We drink hot.
